What is the standard shipping time for AHP welding equipment?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically takes between 3 to 7 business days for delivery within the continental United States.
Do AHP Welders come with a warranty?
Yes, all our machines come with a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty. This typically covers parts and labor for 3 years to ensure your investment is protected against manufacturing defects.
Can I use AHP welders with a generator?
Yes, many of our modern inverter models are generator-friendly. However, we recommend using a clean power generator with a low Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) of less than 5% to prevent damage to the electronic components.
What is your return policy for machines and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that machines that have been used or struck an arc may be subject to a restocking fee or may only be eligible for warranty repair.
Are replacement parts and consumables readily available?
Absolutely. We stock a full range of torches, foot pedals, and internal replacement parts. Many of our machines also use industry-standard consumables, making it easy to find replacements at local welding supply stores.
